Le grand fouet en bambou pour matcha, appelé « chasen » au Japon, est un ustensile traditionnel pour préparer le thé matcha. Il s’utilise en combinaison avec un support pour fouet, une cuillère en bambou et un bol à matcha. Le prix n’inclut pas le support.

Ce fouet fait main possède une structure très fine, permettant d’obtenir un thé matcha bien mousseux en le fouettant.

Utilisation du fouet à matcha
Fouettez 1/2 gramme de matcha avec 60 ml d’eau (80 °C) pendant maximum 20 secondes en effectuant un mouvement rapide en forme de W. Essayez de ne pas toucher le fond du bol. Ajoutez ensuite un peu d’eau tiède.

Compatible lave-vaisselle : non
Nettoyage : nettoyer après utilisation avec de l’eau tiède (ne pas utiliser de savon ni d’eau chaude)
Optionnel : laisser sécher le fouet sur un support pour fouet à matcha
Taille du grand fouet : 5,5 cm x 11 cm

PostNL delivers Mondays till Saturdays. The delivery time to The Netherlands is approximately 1-3 business days. The delivery time to Germany, Belgium and France is 2-4 business days. The shipping time for the rest of Europe is 3-6 business days and beyond 5-15 business days.
