Set Uji Matcha Okumidori Gold – bol blanc

Set de luxe avec le rare et unique cultivar Okumidori d’Uji, Japon – « l’or vert ». Bol à matcha blanc fait main, avec fouet et cuillère en bambou inclus.

La boîte contient 30 g de matcha – environ 60 tasses.

Cultivar : Okumidori (origine unique)
Goût : herbacé, crémeux, umami, doux
Récolte : mi-mai, première récolte (First Flush)
Origine : Wazuka, Kyoto, Japon – biologique
Conservation : au frais et au sec

Préparation

  1. Mettre 1 cuillère en bambou (0,5 g) de matcha dans le bol.
  2. Ajouter 1 cuillère à soupe d’eau et mélanger en pâte lisse.
  3. Ajouter 60 ml d’eau (75–80 °C).
  4. Fouetter 10–15 secondes en mouvements rapides en « W » jusqu’à obtenir une mousse.
